Built from ten years of data — 311 players, 293,436 shots — this project transforms golf history into a spatial, walkable experience. Reconstructed hole-by-hole using elevation and satellite data, every shot since 2016 is mapped to its exact position. Visitors don't just view the past, they move through it, discovering intention, risk, and near misses.

Role
Unreal Engine development, system architecture, procedural camera system, implementing hardware protocols
I got onboarded to help rebuild the software from scratch in early 2026. FIELD are currently rebuilding the documentation for this project, which is why these images and videos still show the 2025 version. The 2026 version is, for the most part, a direct evolution of this, featuring an overhaul of the landscape, visuals and procedural narratives which can be freely configured via a web interface.
