For IAA Mobility 2025, I led the technical direction for a car projection-mapping installation with a camera-based auto-alignment and recalibration pipeline at the BMW Welt brand experience center in Munich.

I coordinated system architecture across all software stakeholders, prepared 3D assets and set up the projection stack with VIOSO.

I also built the custom software layer that downloads and manages image assets from multiple sources and blends between them with branded transition styles.
